This Refund Policy ("Policy") sets out the terms under which ONAK TECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company") processes refunds for payments made towards our Services. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with them.
1. Introduction
1.1. Wallet-Based Billing
Our Services operate on a prepaid wallet model. To access and utilise our platform features, customers are required to maintain a sufficient balance in their Oneflow wallet. All charges for Services rendered are deducted from this wallet balance.
1.2. Refundability of Wallet Balance
The entire unutilised amount remaining in a customer's Oneflow wallet is eligible for refund upon request. If a customer cancels an order or terminates their account, the corresponding cancelled or remaining amount will be credited back to the customer's wallet and may be refunded as per the process outlined in this Policy.
1.3. Governing Terms
All refund-related matters not specifically addressed in this Policy shall be governed by our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Payment and Refund Process
2.1. Payment Oblig
As a customer, you are responsible for funding your Oneflow wallet with the amount necessary to avail the Services you require. All payments must be made in advance through the payment methods available on our dashboard. Services will be rendered only against available wallet balance.
2.2. Prepaid Model
Our platform operates on a strictly prepaid basis. You must update your wallet balance on the dashboard before Services can be consumed. Charges will be deducted from your wallet in real time as Services are utilised.
2.3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:
- Upon cancellation of an order by the customer, the cancelled amount will be credited back to your Oneflow wallet
- Upon termination or closure of your account, any unutilised wallet balance shall be eligible for refund
- In the event of duplicate or erroneous charges attributable to a system error on our part
- Where Services cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control and the customer has not utilised the corresponding credits
2.4. Refund Method
Refunds shall be processed to the original source of payment used for the transaction. Where this is not feasible, the Company will coordinate with the customer to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds credited to your Oneflow wallet may be withdrawn upon request by contacting our support team.
2.5. Refund Timeline
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable period, typically within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval. The actual credit of funds to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's processing timelines.
2.6. Non-Refundable Charges
Charges for Services that have already been consumed or utilised are not eligible for refund. This includes but is not limited to processing fees, transaction charges levied by third-party payment gateways, and any costs incurred by the Company in delivering Services prior to cancellation.
3. Disputes and Discrepancies
If you believe that your wallet has been charged incorrectly or that a refund is owed but has not been processed, please contact us at support@oneflowapp.tech with relevant details including transaction IDs, dates, and amounts. We will investigate the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our Services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
